Hello,

I'm planning to apply for BC PNP through skills Immigration - International Graduate category. If i get nomination certificate will that be counted for 600 points in EE profile? or the nomination comes from EEBC category only gets 600 points?

Thanks

Only EEBC will give you 600 points.
Skills Immigration cannot, it can only allow you to apply by paper.

In that case, what will be the use of Skills Immigration, like once i get nominated through it, will that not be helpful for my PR application?

You will get 600 points, only if you apply through EEBC, if you apply through Skills Immigration - International Graduate, after nomination you have to file paper-based application to CIC and there processing time is approximately 16 months.

If you are in Canada and have Canadian degree or diploma, get at least 1-year Canadian experience and then apply through EEBC or direct express entry, as score is very less these days. You will get ITA under CEC. (Because 16 months of waiting time is frustrated )

+1 if this information is helpful.

Thanks for the information, Yes i work in canada. My PGWP expires mid of october 2017, and i should have a one year Canadian experience by mid of july 2017 ( since i started my job Aug 29 2016) and i work 40 hours a week. I assume i complete the mandatory 1560 hours by mid of july.
so my question is if i apply directly in CEC by august 2017 will i be safe enough to work here? by having a bridging permit

Thanks again.

Apply ASAP, don't wait till July. Rules can change tomorrow. Even though paper based takes time, its more secure option for you. They will keep extending your work permit anyway.

As far as I know you at least 1 year of continuous work and 1560 hours, so if you work 30, 40 or 60 hours a week you still need to complete the 1 full year. You'll only be able to apply in September.

Actually nothing stopping you from applying to International Graduate Skilled Immigration now and applying to CEC once you hit the iyear after all,you can have both at the same time
