bc pnp business work permit renewal documents

Hi,
I am a BC PNP business immigrant for last two years. I got 2 years extension letter from BC PNP.

Now I need to apply for Work Permit extension using CIC online application. I need suggestion to submit the following required documents:

1) Provincial Nominee Program Certificate (PNC)-- Is this the letter that you have issued to extend work permit?

2) Offer of Employment -- which document should I submit?
3) Proof that you Meet the Requirements of the Job Being Offered - which document should I submit?

If you have any information regarding BC PNP business applicant work permit, please share with us.
