I am not inside Canada. I have have applied for PNP, waiting for my nomination to get the work permit.

Yes i applied from outside of Canada, I am in Jamaica, tracking info says package was received on 18th of September, I have a job offer waiting.

No. But I didn't expect that from them anyways.
It's just an annoying flaw in the system that you can't ask for status updates when you're still
in that buffer period (which they can extend at their own will)
