Can seniors suggest what certification one need to have to be able to secure a job in the banking sector in Canada.

Can seniors suggest what certification one need to have to be able to secure a job in the banking sector in Canada.

Teller - No certification required, mostly hire high school fresh graduates
CSR - No certification required, good exp required
FSR : CSC or at least Mutual Fund (ifc )cource from CSI.
