Bank draft for RPRF has been drawn

Hello forum mates;

I need help!
Got an email today's rom LVO, asking me to so a online direct deposit on the bank acct that they specified for the RPRF..the email says that my bank draft has been drawn for the reason of " Unauthorized Payment"

I'm confused , I already receive my PP request on nov 15 , received by LVO on nov 21..

Pls advise me on what to do about this situation..they said that my application is on hold until they receive the said online direct payment

Agreed. check the authenticity of email. There are many scams going on these days plus RPRF can only be paid by bank draft except nordic countries. Check this link. Thanks

check my above post. RPRF can only paid by bank draft except nordic countries. Which country are you in and can you please provide account no they gave you? Thanks

Check with bank where I took my bank draft..
An email was sent by Royal Canadian bank asking for some swift code but the employee if th bank who received th email did not open it since then, it was jut opened a few minutes ago when they investigated my query with them..
The bank which I will send my direct deposit is Barclays Bank, Acct name is Canadian HC CIC Revenue
The email says this: pls note that this is a single exception that you are allowed to pay the direct debit method all other payments related to your case must be paid by bank draft""
