Banglor vfs visa updates

Anyone got visa? I've applied on 20th and medicals passed on 8th. General category, Bangalore vfs. Many of them applied after me got visa from Delhi hc. I've my flight on 26th, will i get my visa before that?

Hello Nithin,

I am in similar situation as you. My University starts on August 29, so I have to leave by at least Aug 27th.
Lets just hope for best.

Applied under University Category - MBA - Hyderabad - Paper Based
on 22 July.
Medical passed on August 9

Also I did some research on the CIC website and found out that the processing time is calculated as the number of Calendar days taken to make final decision (approve/reject) 80% of the applications received and is updated weekly.

even me applied on 21 july hyd vfs medical passed on 9th , did u all get a email about the update in cic about your medical a day after the update ?

33 working days ? Or 33 days including Saturday and Sunday ??

but your decision can delayed if u have done your medical examination on 26 July and submitted it with your visa application on 27 July
Because it is stated in checklist that
"DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION UNTIL ONE WEEK AFTER YOUR MEDICAL
EXAMINATION IS COMPLETED."

thank you so much for your reply buddy .. and is it stated some where that to get your medical done 7 days before .. my consultancy says its okay to have medical just before applying visa .. and btw i had applied under spp .. what do u think how approx what date i will get my decision ?
