Anyway for such cases u can write a cover letter stating this situation....Also if there is any proof that u have applied for Libyan PCC and the refusal docs....then attach them....

I have seen, visa officers accepts such situations when they find this logical...Specifically for this middle east countries....:D

what doc I have to show for bank draft of RPRF from standard chattered? Do I need to fill any form to send with draft or send only draft? Should I send the draft with passport or separate courier? If send separate, which address? pls answer anyone who completed the process
