IT omitted from this year.
NOC doesn't changes so frequently ... in every 1 to 3 years .... there is no exact time limits. it actually depends on Canada labor market

Caution for all of you. Get prepared for a harsh life in Canada. People without no good relatives will feel the pinch i a great way.

get yourself prepared for spending equal to 500 BDT in Canada where you'd need to spend 50 BDT for the same purpose in BD. Money will run out like nothing you can imagine. Most people are into low category jobs soon after they reach Canada and these jobs are high competitive to get. So, network more with your friends, relatives in Canada.

Even BD Ph.D qualification has no value to get a job of a janitor in Canada. This is what the harsh reality is.
no Canadian Education, no White collar job in Canada. 12,000 Indians are entering Canada every year; think about other nationals. has anyone seen how hyena's snatch foods from a Tiger or Lion?

I think the PR applicants are awarer of the upcoming changes in jobs in canada plans accordingly .it is nothing new that bundle of dreams will be so easy over there. without a canadian qualification , there's no priority for white color jobs. so everyone in this thread and all applicants know how adverse the weather and working trend in canada.
