Thank U brother.After getting PER mail CIC sent me another mail on 09-03-2015 requiring additional information/documents regarding my job responsibilities.I sent those documents accordingly on 24-03-2015. After that no mail from them. It may be mentioned here that after PER I sent them the documents of my new born baby. Is everything going right way?

Raise a CSE and ask them about the acknowledgement of the documents you have sent to them. This is what my friend has done and received a reply with positive acknowledgement.

Have you ordered GCMS Notes? If yes then you can see in the incoming section that whether they have received your documents or not.

This is a great forum. I was going through the old posts and very helpful information has been given by Qorax.

Below is my case. Please share your thoughts if you have come across something similar.

My visa office should have been Delhi but due to high processing demands there it was moved to Warsaw, Poland. My medicals were updated on 20 May 2015 (TLU). Three weeks back I wrote an email to Warsaw enquiring about my case and the next day they replied saying "file has been transferred to our office in Delhi and they will make the final decision. Received all the documents and background checks are ongoing"

So it seems my file has been sent back to Delhi (but why?) and, of course, background checks (I hope they mean security checks) are in process.

Does it mean now I am going to here from Delhi? And how many more months will be added to this?

this is vo admin decesion don't worry it is ok because ur visa will be stamped
It is positive but late, don't worry 2016 u will be in canada
Start enjoying ur life in home country, u will have no chance of it again

I'm having the same situation and received the same reply from SVO. See my timeline. Waiting....waiting....waiting since Jan-2011. From Jan'11 applicant, may be I'm the only person who is still waiting. May Allah help us to get in CANADA!

These are the notes section made by VO. I had sent a cse after my GCMS reports. To that the visa office replied with PCC request of three countries but no MR request yet. Also, I was keen to know what does EDE required x SP mean?

as per your timeline your medical has been expired in july 2015 .kindly do let me know either you have received new medical request to re validate your medicals ? because i have got re-medical assessment request last month .

Hi Nekeol,

In my case, it's been 129 days since MR, 107 days since TLU and 84 days since the hard copies of PCC (3 countries), RPRF fees paid receipts and change in passport copies (all for self + dependent family members) sent to WVO and still waiting for the DM/PPR...

I had raised CSE on 07-Sep-15 and received the response on 10-Sep-15 that "the processing of your application is pending background check completion. You will be contacted as soon as we are ready to communicate further requirements or final decision."

Can you please suggest ?

Under a new system which is August 2015 onwards, what is meant by 3LU which says file is transferred to X visa office on X date.

Should it mean background checks are done? Work verification is done?

Next step would be?

just explain them in writing by email or along with police certificate about your concerns to cic, but make sure what so ever your wife is writing must be true and accurate, ultimately they will discover it.
it has no effect on ur file because cic assessment is looking for criminal record and this is not a criminal record to proof ur inadmissibility to canada.
Request another police report to US police and ask them to correct it if this is us police mistake.

to be honest, my wife did have a problem with her immigration status in the US, the US immigration department discovered that my wife's visa was issued illegally by the US immigration department thru an immigration agency, however my wife was not aware at all that her visa was illegal, so in 2003 it was discovered and they kept possession of my wife's passport, but was never deported, she left the US in 2008,
In the US police report it was mentioned that there was a charge and expedite deportation, but the fact that my wife was never detained, prisoned, charged or even deported, we wrote this in details to the CIC but i am not sure to which extent the Canadian would go with what is mentioned in the US report??!!

after receiving ur file officer verify accuracy of documents, i hope they have verified and now officer will check and pass ur eligibility, which is first step.
then the next step of medical, additinal documents and last security screening, this is step by stp.
wait, relax, enjoy pray.
