hello Friends

on my GCMS notes criminality and security NOT STARTED but I submit PCC and FBI report to VO when they requested. my question is that any expiration period for PCC and FBI report after submission to VO or while our case is in process to VO. In this case we have to redone all this process again. please give me guidance.

one more thing is recently VO ask me to pay RPRF. Is that good chance to get PPR soon? in how many days?

please someone share your knowledge here.

Yes, the PCC and the FBI report have a expiry date. As you sent them when they requested, you should be in good shape even if they get expired.....but cannot really say for sure how the VOs function!

Asking for RPRF is definitely a good sign. It indicates that your processing is continuing and not held up.

Paper file Sent to PA :File BF'D to RB7 on 15.02.2013

My Medical was Expire on 14.07.12 and passport with NDVO since 18.07.11

I learned that interviews are not conducting/taking place by cic.
specialy for Pakistani applicants so can you pl. share your experience that how they request interview from pakistani applicants.

Dear Najeeb, did u ever order GCMS? do u know when they started your Security BGC, mostly Security BGC is Initiated after medicals. Your medical line is appearing in your e-cas or not?
I hope your case is near as if LVO started Security BGC after medical still it should be completed in 3-6 months, normal time, and it is due now. IN my opinion you have to wait maximum 2 more months to get your PPR1, Inshallah. NEKEOL

The word routine backgoround checks confusing the coz i was assuming that , routine BG check completed in the initial stage and then they send MR,RPRF and updated Documents. which i send them already on 18 Feb,2013, i hope this is security check. and i am hoping i will hear some good news from them soon ( may be in 1-2 months) in sha allha

Dear Najeeb Inshallah it will take maximum 2 more months, this is my personal expectations from VO.
in my openinon - 1st screening is related to Experience, qualifications, papers screening etc are covered under the CSI reply as pending for Review, pending for Eligibility Assessment etc, but not BGC. 1st one is paper screening and second is security screening. therefore I Hope you are under security screening. in GCMS notes it mostly clearly written in activity that your file is under security screening, same is the case with me. hi Malisa, yes, ur file must be under security screening, in between, vo to expedite the case requested for RPRF, which may take two to three months if requested after security.
ur case is clear, just wait, dont worry. after security u will get ppr
