THOUGH OUR MEDICAL WILL EXPIRE IN AUG 2013.

I AM THE APPLICANT OF NOV.2011.I THINK THEY WILL INTIMATE US IN JULY 2013.

Dear Senior,

I received email from New Delhi visa office on 4/3/2013 for the following documents:
1. Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination
2. Police Certificate:
3. IMM 0008 Application:
4. Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669)
5. Additional Family Info IMM5406:
6. RPRF: Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee for you and spouse if not already paid
7. Passport photos: Passport size photographs
8. Travel History: Proof of travel history for you and deps over the age of 18.
9. Mailing Address within India.
10. Passport/Travel Document: Valid passport or travel document Submit original and expired passports for all.
11. Submit Educational documents and Educational History form for dependants (if over the age of 22 at time of application)
12. Proof of funds : Proof of available and transferable funds that you can take to Canada

I have few queries related to the required documents:

1. Medical: I have not received medical instruction yet but already took appointment with Doctor and he said don’t required instructions.

4. Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669): I changed my job during the process (Main Applicant). Do i need to submit copy of appointment letter

7. Passport photos: Do i need to write my name of signature in the back.

11. Submit Educational documents and Educational History form for dependants (if over the age of 22 at time of application): As already submitted attested copies of my spouse. Do i need to submit again?

I sent my medical on 29th Aug.2012 then remedical on 28 nov.2012.what do you think which date will be considered as one year medical validity: 29th Aug or 28 Nov.

Hi,

I received a similar Letter from New Delhi asking for the same set of 12 Documents. I have attached all the Corresponding Documents from ALL Applicants, inspite of the fact that some large part of the documentation is a repetition of what I had done when I first applied. The only things new in the current set were the RPRF and a Fresh PCC, for ALL Applicants.

As for Medicals, yes, I did receive the Proforma from New Delhi Office and got my Meds done about 10 days ago. The iProforma was filled in by the Medical Officer and emailed to me, as a Scan. I sent this along with the full set to New Delhi this week.

I now await the good news from New Delhi.

Note that the Medical Report given back to the Applicants - is JUST the COVER Page (as proof of having got the Medicals Done) - the actual Results are NOT communicated to the Applicants - they are sent directly by the Medical Officer to the VO.

Those who have submitted medicals,RPRF,PCC,etc to New Delhi VO and the "Medical Results Received" line in E-Cas,please share your information of when u submitted medicals and other documents,when Dd encashed,When new line has added,When DM has appeared etc..

so this will help to analyse each case and can reach to an assumption in our case.

hi all,

i would like to share few of my observations here regarding the working style of NDVO...

1)those who gets "MR & add doc request" immediately after their status changes to "in process"(irrespective of MI),the VO takes 7-9 months to stamp the visa after receiving the said documents..in few cases it extend to "re medical " stage also.

2)those who gets "MR & add doc request" after 7-14 months of "in process" status,The VO stamp the visa in 1-3 months maximum.

3)those who have foreign travel history or any other complication in file/application,for them also either MR get delayed or the visa stamping gets delayed.
