Background Check Regarding Unsettled Personal Loan??

Hello!

A friend of mine needs some advise, she's planning to go to Canada, but she has a slight problem/worry.

She used to work in the Middle East, she has a bank loan and when recession hits ME, she lost her job and had no other choice but to go back to the Philippines because she could not get a new job and could no longer afford to meet her financial obligation.

Now her question is, would there be any problem when she applies to migrate to Canada given her Middle East issue?

Would really appreciate if anyone could shed some light on this.

You will have to obtain a police clearence certificate from the country where you have lived in the middle east. Depend on the actions where your bank has taken you may have a record in the police and you might not get a clear certificate
