If you are hinting at credit score check, then answer is no
If you mean proof of funds history, then yes - funds should be present in account ideally for 3 months.

Thank you for the quick reply, I am not talking about POF, As I said it is for CEC application i.e Inland, where you don't have to show POF. When you have Canadian work experience under eligible NOC.
