God be praised. I got my MR yesterday evening.

Can anybody introduce an immigration officer to assist in getting a new passport? My passport expires May next year. But then I will go for the Medical with the old one sharp, sharp hopefully Tuesday. Please PM me if you can help. More updates are coming in these few days left in October in Jesus name.

It is with joy in my heart and gratitude to God Almighty that i announce the acknowledgement of my MR which though landed in my email on the 22nd but acknowledged as MR today.
It's indeed the Lord's doing as i wasn't expecting it at this time. My timeline shows that.

And to those expecting their MR, yours is the next.

Please, how did you pay your PPRF........USD Bank Draft or Canadian Dollar Bank Draft and from which Bank?

I hear GTBank issues Canadian Dollar Bank Draft.....is there better advantage over USD Dollar Bank Draft since both are acceptable to Accra as I don't have Domicilary account in GTBank for now.

Please assist to speak to this or any other experience fomites.

Congrats to Akerekoro, my timeline friend on the receipt of PPR. I am sure that you would have sharply finish the meds when it came. Anyways, That's is very motivating to me. Arese and I should be next in line for a miracle

I am so happy for this family. i do hope we connect in Canada same way in the future.

I really look forward to hearing from AVO cos the last correspondence was PER in Jan 2012. i don't even have an AOR, No file transfer etc. (don't know why?)

Dear All Wise, top of the new week to you.

To the best of my knowledge, the only advantage a draft in Canadian dollars has over that in USD is the very minor difference in exchange rate occasionally. This might make AVO ask you to come & pay the difference, leading to a slow flow of your processing.

I would advice you get the draft in Canadian dollars via any friend/relative with a GTB domiciliary account

jodav3, I can not quantify the joy I feel for you, is as if am the one with the MR maybe because we have the same noc, am really grateful to God almighty for this good news and say a big congratulations to you and family. As for your passport renewal, you better come to Abuja and visit the immigration office, there is a bank there where you can pay for the passport and if you are lucky, your picture can be captured that same day.
