Refusals are fast but approvals are slow
I am really surprised by the fast processing time in UAE Embassy.
Our Riyadh Embassy is taking longer than the Processing time mentioned in their website.

I had the same experience a couple of weeks ago, I received a mail from CIC through ARAMEX requesting Medical,
Just be positive a carry it out ASAP, as it needs to go to CIC at London
I think this is a good step toward getting your visa

Hi Guys. I already received the result and Its bad news.. Its Refusal.

Reason:
1. I am not able to demonstrate that I adequately meet the job requirements of the job prospective employment. (I am working as a cook for more than 5 years already and my job description here and the offer is the same as well)

2. I only have 10 years of education, which is not equivalent to secondary school diploma in Canada. (Does anyone knows how many years is required?)

I will try again next time..

I am really sorry to hear this ry. I cant imagine what u are feeling right now. But i will applause ur courage and positivity. I honestly now felt fear for my husband who is also waiting for his visa now i know about ur result. His current job is not related to the position he is applying for although he had previous relevant experience but now i know for sure its no guarantee.

Just keep on believing ry. God hears and answers all our prayers in His own time. Good luck to u.

do not loose hope and try again .. check with agency that can evaluate the refusal reasons and prepare the new application.

my impression of qualifying the educational attaintment should be consistent to the advertisement made enumerating the educational attained. meaning the applicant must adhere to the job advertise and it's content describing the educational background.

i think this is one of the pattern or standard of vo qualifying the applicant according to what is advertised must also be met by the prospective applicant. maybe if did not match is their ground to refuse or not consider.
