Hi All,

I've just added myself to the list.

Just realized that my Work Permit (Intra Comapany Transfer from Mumbai to Montreal) had NOC = 0213 and I mentioned NOC = 2173 in my CEC application. Do you think they may reject my application?
Also in my company's letter, NOC code is not mentioned. Would that cause application to be rejected? Please reply.

when should I expect to hear something? Does anyone have any idea....

Hi Mates,

Any status/update for August 2012 CEC applicants. I submitted application 2nd time as first try which was (Submitted Feb 2012, Refused July 2012) refused for no duties submitted reason on first job's job letter. Applied again in August 2012 on behalf on only 2nd job as completed 1 year/hours on 2nd job. Please update.

I also haven't heard anything from them yet. I sent my document on August. They asked me to send my police record on December. I sent it the following day. I am still waiting for them now

Perhaps some may get in Feb but chances are less. Currently they haven't finished May applications. I think by Jan, Feb, Mar and Apr end they will finish May, June, July and Aug applications respectively. Again this is my observation, nothing 100% accurate here.

The website says 13 months for the CEC. If they are sticking by the timeline I guess we should see the MR by April. I mean us august appplicants. This wait is a torture though. Just get it done already!
