APPLICATION PROCESS/SUMMARY:

Stage 0: Completion and Submission of Application Package Kit
(1) Complete the Visa Application Package Kit (Sponsorship Application and Application for Permanent Residence) >> (link for forms and guide-- http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp)

a. It is advised to pay the processing fees and RPRF at the same time. For late payment of RPRF, additional 2-month delay in the finalization of the PR application.

b. Fees: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/3900E8.asp
c. For late payment of RPRF ($490): Basically CEM will inform CPC-M that you have not paid the RPRF. Then CPC-M will send a notification mail (via postal) to the Sponsored Person requesting you to pay the RPRF but the fees have to be paid by the Sponsor.

i. Included in the notification is the instructions how to pay the fees, either via Internet or Financial Institution (bank). Also included in the mail is the form IMM5401 receipt if you choose to pay via financial institution.

ii. Send to CPC-M the stamped receipt form together with the notification letter. CPC-M will notify CEM that payment has been made.

iii. advise: wag nang antayin ang RPRF request, pwede kayong magbayad ng kusa without the notification letter (like other forumers did); just indicate your client or immigration file no.

>> in 1 week mare-receive nyo yung form

vi. it would be better kung dun talaga sa CANADA magbabayad, mas mabilis and the CPC-M will inform CEM if RPRF payment has been made.

Thanks oo nga eh well all in God's time talaga. Sana nga makaalis nako eh. hehehe nga pala kailangan ba talaga itemized yung form ng mga dadalhin ko pati kung ilan?

Ang ibig mo bang sabihin yung mga dadalhin mong damit mo ganun ba at shoes ? Kasi kung yun ang ibig mong sabihin no need na mag fill up ng B4 form kasi di na sya uso kung baga kasi ang pinamimigay na sa Plane ng mga Crew papunta sa port of entry mo dito sa Canada ay yung Declaration Card na Yes or No lang dun ang sagot ang sample nasa baba tapos ang ginawa ko lang sa isang bond paper nilista ko lang ganito :

For my Check-in Luggage
-clothes
-shoes
-books
-perfumes
- etc.

For my Hand Carry
- important documents
- accesories
- jewelries
- etc.

Di naman hiningi ng custom, ok lang para ready ako diba?


No need na pong mag fill up ng personal effects form kas po sa plane papunta mismo dito sa Canada ay merong ibibigay ang mga Cabin Crew na Declaration Card ganito po ang itsura nya para mapag aralan nyo po ang mga isasagot nyo Yes or No lang naman po. Paki click nalang po ang link at copy image nyo nalang po para mazoom at makita ng mabuti ang picture ng:

Sa Part B- IMM po ang sagot- means Immigrant po ang ilalagay. Tapos yung idetach yung nasa left side na Instructions lang po ang matitira sa inyo.

NOTE : make sure na wag magdala ng mga bawal like dairy products, meat products, seeds, halaman, firearms, matutulis tulad ng knife, at maraming sigarilyo 1 rim lang po pwede. Kase mag aalarm po yan na red sa screen pag iniscan at pag nag alarm na red sa screen pabubuksan ang luggage for inspection.

Oh my 7:46 PM na dito pero sobrang liwanag pa sa labas di pa gabi parang hapon pa lang ... Kakatuwa naman talaga dito pag pa spring na matagal daw magdilim . Mag 8:00 PM na tapos na ko magluto at nakapag dinner na kami pero maliwanag pa sa labas
