at which step FRENCH is required ??

please tell me after aplly it in october's 1st week. when the french will be required ??. and which level of FRench is required for software engineer with 5 years of experience ??

After 11 months aprox..level a1 called basic or beginners level..but not mentioned anywere on cic website

if you check processing times on micc website u see it is 41+3+9 months maximum and 41+1+1 minimum for india . so to submit french u have about at least 41 months .that i surely say.but submitting it earliest may speed up the process. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

French is *not* a requirement to apply for immigration. It will get you points if you have B2 level + (Tefaq or TEF exam required).

There is no official confirmation yet that the program will open in October.
