At what stage 'Review of submitted documents' state changes?

Can someone please tell me at what stage state of "Review of submitted documents" change?

Those who have already got PPR, please share your experience.

At what stage can it be confirmed that all documents I sent are passed?

it only changes after your file is approved and closed

It only changes if you've been requested to upload documents, if not then it will stay unchanged throughout your whole application process.
