i have done medical and paid the RPRF AND SENT THE PASSPORT AS WELLBUT UNEXPECTEDELY I GOT MY PASSPORT RETURNED WITHOUT VISA AND WITHOUT ANY REFUSAL LETTER/ EXPLANATION.THERE IS NO CHANGE IN MY STATUS. WHAT IS THIS ?

Oh that's really strange! when did you submit your passport? was it along with the medicals or after a passport request?
what 's your visa office?
is it not a mistake?
have you tried to contact them? and what's is your E case status?
i have never heard of this

this is strange but i guess they will ask for pp then only we have to send isnt it? i think you are still on track.

But i think u have sent the PASSPORTS in advance and they could not have requested for it

but no matter what,,,u do have the right to get info that why it happened

i m very very very sure that there is a technical error and u will definatly get visa

It appears that your Security checks are not over yer and CIC needs some more time to get your security clearance so they have returned you the passport without the visa stamped.Which is your Visa office ?

Its a mistake, definitely.
They always return anything with a letter saying the result/cause. U better to contact ur visa office seeking the clarification on this matter. U'll get visa, surely.
