Assessment by WES - Country specific Requirement (Pakistan)

Dear All,
I appologize in advance if its in the wrong thread.

I need some help on police clearance certificate.I am currently in Saudi Arabia.I earlier was a resident of UAE.For the UAE certificate they need the finger prints image or something which will then be attested by UAE embassy in Saudi Arabia etc etc....anyone with a similar issue.

any guidance will be highly appreciated.

I sent my original degrees for assessment in Australia...now I am stuck because:

• If I want to use WES, I need original degrees back from AUS to be attested by HEC...
  If I want to use ICAS, I can send photocopies directly through my university...but ICAS are saying 3 months processing time which will be too late...

What should I do ??? ???
