arriving in BC under BC PNP

hi all

My question is

After getting approval of Entrepreneur Immigration, BC Provincial Nominee Program

and arrive to canada as work permit valid for Two Year, Can I change the Proposed Business Location from Victoria to any other city in BC in The same Business Plan

Pleas help me in This Regards
