Just to let you know Malfoy, Recruitment agencies are not allowed to charge you any fees for recruitment services if you are the job seeker!
Hi,

I want to know is it illegal to ask for the fee? Cause I know one place interviewed me for a position and they told me if they placed me for it, I have to pay placement fee. It was my first time hearing it...

Agencies charge clients (companies) when someone is hired.
As a candidate, you should never be asked for money.
That is indeed illegal and you may want to consider reporting them

Try Angus One, for Vancouver or Ontario. I just went to them last week. It has been 5 months now that I have been trying to get a job. I have a degree and I am applying for anything and everything and I can't seem to catch a break.
