Are PCRs required for landing?

My mother & I plan on landing around the 25th, I can't seem to find information regarding if CBSA expects a negative PCR test result when we land. CIC sent out an email that said something along the lines of us being in "good health" but it did not go much into detail. PCRs are a bit pricey where we live so thats our main reason for asking if they are mandatory or not before landing.

What on earth is a PCR test?
Likely a negative Covid test.

OP, I can't see how it would be mandatory. Many jurisdictions (where I live in Western Australia) don't do Covid testing for visa or non-health related reasons, so it wouldn't be possible to get one.

There is no requirement for that AT THIS TIME however things can still change in the future, right now mandatory temperature checking and them asking you some questions before you are allowed to board a flight to CDA. You also to consider if there are any exit restrictions from your country.
