hello, I received my brown paper and I going to submit my claim form. they asked me the above question. my family member is living in my home country (children and wife). what is the answer to the mentioned question?
should I wait for pr then apply for their visa, or I should claim refugee for them too?

You can add them when applying for Permanent Resident as Dependant

are they with you HERE? if not then of course NO for it. you can add them once your case is approved and you are eligible to apply for PR right now If they are here they can be claimants if they arent here so they can't be.
