Was the COPR sent thru email or was it just on your account? And did an officer call you before?

I got all at the same time (email) with PDF CoPR letter and the update on my online profile too with the same letter available for download!

Visa office: Ottawa / I’m also in Ottawa!

I am inland, but my spose is outland. If I get COPR for both of us, can I send the photos of Principle Applicant and dependent to issue PR card?
Or it is mandatory to land for my spose?

Hi folks, plz let me know. since 2 months ago, I am in the same status:
Aor 28 April, criminality in process, eligibility recommended pass, security not started. Bio exempt and completed Oct 16.
Today morning, I got an update and right away called them, but no change.
What was the reason behind this update???
