At present, CIC is having an issue with their Automated file system. So, press 0 and talk to an agent or else leave a number for a call back (FOR INLAND APPLICANTS ONLY). they call you back.

CIC automated ph line system is experiencing technical difficulties but it is still informing people in the very beginning before anything when they dial.

You try calling them or raise case specific enquiry if you like.
