is anyone applied spousal visa from Sydney office.

I applied spousal visa in April 4 2017. Received email in May 2017 from cic to link your application. After many attemp in June 7, 2017 I successfully linked it. So my application recieving date showing June 7, 2017. In July 12, 2017 I received medical exam request. That is showing now medical exam passed. After that there is no improvement.
Anyone one know the work pace of Sydney office.
Need help.
