i submitted mine through tech support as suggested by CIC staff i spoke with over the phone as I dont have an upload option in addition to sending them via IRCC web form.

I will also send them via mail as well once I received the signed form and PCC from my wife which should be delivered on tuesday

Thanks for your feedback! I submitted mine through the Tech support as well as the IRCC Webform so there should be no reason why they wouldn't receive it. I guess I will send them the PCC as well since my wife already has it done.

for those who mailed the sched a, did you include any cover letter with the package or just the form and pcc?

also what address did you mail it to?

I just received my wifes signed form and will be mailing it to CIC tomorrow since the post office is closed today

Well I did webform and also mailed pcc & schedule a and I included a cover letter with her UCI, file # ,full name , date of birth and country of birth , next week called them and it had been added. (Didn't rcv any notification or mail but just called and they said its already added to ur file ..

If it helps, a couple people from 4/25 on the spreadsheet received their AOR's on Friday.

It takes around 1 month

I sent mine last April 6 and the tracking showed that it was in missisauga last April 10 but I still haven't got any e-mail or mail about an AOR. should I call the CIC office and enquire? Is there an outside canada number that i can call them? I'm in Australia at the moment with the wife and both of us are a bit worried.

My question is that my wife (PA) didn't receive the email yet. and I am also not able to attach my file online with my cic account. I have tried all the tricks with that since last few days.

Any ideas?

I sent my app April 19th and it was recieved April 21st. I am still waiting for an AOR. I have been trying to get ahold of CIC but everytime I call it just keeps saying they are "experiencing a high call volume and can't transfer my call to a rep" and the call drops.

I'm super annoyed. As I want to get some info but I can't get through. Has anyone had any luck? Is there an alternate number that I can call or another selection either than keep pressing "1". For those that didn't have an AOR, what did you entwe when the operator asked for your app# or UCI?

This happens to everyone. You have to keep calling until you get through. Sometimes I have called more than 10 times in a row and not gotten through. I always have luck between 10-11 am. Today might be a bad day to call given the holiday yest, but you just have to keep trying.

Received SA almost 20 days ago and Schedule A/PCC are attached to our file. I called this morning and an agent confirmed our VO will be Ottawa but the file is still in Mississauga. Anyone in the same boat waiting for official confirmation of file transfer?

Weird. Never heard of them being able to confirm that. You usually get a separate email. US app?

Right that's what we've been waiting for. In the US on a work visa so guessing that's why it's being transferred to Ottawa. And from what I've heard Ottawa VO doesn't send AOR2.
