Hey everyone,

I sent my husband's paperwork in April 21 and got verification on April 22 they received it. I haven't heard back at all. (if anything was wrong would they have contacted me by now?) Also, when I try linking my account on cic.gc.ca it keeps saying "Based on the information you entered, we found no applications." What should I do? (Can't seem to get through on the phone either)

Don't you worry we're at the same boat.i sent mine April 20 and was received April 21 .no aor yet someone said that CIC were far behind so no worries think positive

They received it on 19th April. So it took just over 3 weeks.

i have another concern
I submitted my application with 2015 NOA in April with reasons providing why i am not able to send for 2016 as I was not in the country during that period.. now that my application is sent back to me (not for the reason of 2015 NOA) but for another reason.. do i still wait till i get my 2016 NOA or send it as it as.. with an explanation (since i was not in canada during the last year, i could not file it online,, and paper applications usually take 8 weeks to get back) what do you guys suggest?

I would submit proof you submitted your 2016 return as a paper application and explain you will upload your NOA when it becomes available.

I would submit proof you submitted your 2016 return as a paper application and explain you will upload your NOA when it becomes available.

That is a very good idea. Thank you. There is a reason they have included the part " if you cannot provide the latest NOA.. include reason why..". I just hope mine gets accepted
