What this status really mean?? How can be eligibility still in process even after Medicals passed?? technically after eligibility passed we will receive MR rite??

Amisnic is right. I got my MR when my eligibility was just "recommended passed."

VS1987, nov_2014, sjulien and veeru5: we're about to hit April and I'm sure you'll have good news soon. Also, sometimes background checks takes a while if your application has many dependants or comes from a country from which CIC requires more checks. Don't lose hope! Good things are just around the corner!

Background check is NOT a police check!
Police check is only to confiorm that you have NO criminal back ground

Background check is to check your back ground to confirm that you have no suspicious,terrorist,organized crime activity,or have been involved in any dodgy cults,or associations etc..

- SIN ( Social Insurance Number )
- OHIP - Ontario Health Card

Thanks for the link but I find it funny that this guide saying a lot of things, scary even.

We only brought passports and CoPR. Ask if we have items to bring in to Canada. That's it. The officer answered the questions in the CoPR by himself, we were not even interviewed and just ask to sign.

Eligibility: Passed/Recommended Passed = MR
Eligibility: Passed = RPRF
MR+RPRF+Admissibles = PPR

Note:

Recommended Passed will go to a senior VO for approval.
"For Second Review" will be reviewed again by a senior VO then go for approval.

Hello folks,

My passport came back on 27 March which was received on 18 March 2015 at cic office and did landing on 28 th march at North portal border . Everything went smooth. Today I changed my sin card information at Canada service.

Now i gonna wait for pr card.
