i asked my lawyer to order GCMS but he said wait for another 2 months as CEC has 13 months processing time
i filed application on 15 apr and got AOR 9 may. really worry whats going on

why the hell your lawyer waiting for 13 months to order GCMS?
you are entitled to order GCMS to know what is going on .

I have questions. Can I change the job? because I got the BOWP and don't want to continue with current employer. Is there any impact on my current application?

However, I had completed with medical request and paid upfront RPRF fees.

It doesn't matter if you change multiple jobs , no worries just go ahead ad take new job if you want. Me and my classmates all did , every one got pr , first dont consider this as problem if you apply with cec until unless if you applied with PNP

Yes, you should be able to order GCMS notes by yourself. If you have your UCI and file number should be more than enough.

Guys , Need your suggestion to apply GCMS notes from outside Canada for my cec PR application.

I have applied PR from India,and currently I am outside of Canada.Hence ,I will not be able to request my GCMS notes from outside canada.I understood from the forum,and as per my understanding,my friend who is resident of Canada on workpermit/PR can apply for GCMS notes behalf of me.Is my understanding correct?

If yes ,does he needs to submit any his documents also ( His passport and workpermit)? .I believe that he has to submit 'my documents' only (consent form,my passport etc).

Basically ,what are all his documents if require , and my documents needs to be submitted for this request? I would really appreciate your help on this.

Hey guys,

I see many applicants have sent RPRF payments right after they have done the medical exam.
Is it worth doing this? How do you know that CIC got the payment and linked in to the right file?
Does ECAS show this?

How much time usually CIC take to update the status to "Medical Received", have done Medical on Nov 21 , but till date status is showing as "Application Received" ?? Any idea ?

Hi,

It won't show the status as Medical Received on ESAC...
You need to click on Application Received ..
It will shows your status as Medical Received.
