well i have already been with the current employer for a while when i applied under skilled worker stream. the new job offer is under skilled worker stream as well just with another company.

You can check with your PNP officer prior to saying "NO". From PNP point of view it should be even better, if the salary is higher and the NOC code remains the same.

hey guys..

i am really getting impatient. Its been 2 weeks since i got my medical exam done.. nothing updated on eCas. Is there anything that I can do to check where its struck.. Could it mean that something is wrong with our medical results. My visa office is CPP O

15days from the time they got submited but not average.
Btw. You are in the wrong threat. You should be with july aplication. This is for ppl who sent the federal application in march or april

Not sure about your PNP, but by BC PNP rules you have to notify them in case if you change an employer. They will decide whether to revoke the nomination or not. In case if PNP will approve the new employer - there are no changes in processing of your application. You just need to notify CIC that you've changed the work.
So I would call to your PNP representative to clarify prior to making any decisions.

I just get my GCMS, and it shows last update is Sep 18, and the last note is Transfer reason: Eligibility. I belive it is a good sign.
