I emailed them today. dont know how long it takes to get a response. In process since august 14 MPNP International student Stream.

Its more than 90 days after my application due date.

Mine was since Aug 12.

Lol I'm still working on believing it, cuz happiness just came out from nowhere! I got blank on my due date on my gcms notes and honestly I was prepare to receive ppr at least after dec 15 or even January. So tonight when I started working at 4:30pm, my email box had nothing. And we were busy on supper rush, when I finally had time to sit down and eat, I saw an email, I didn't even thing that could be ppr because it's already evening! I received my RPRF on a Friday as well but that was 1pm.
Then I saw the OPPTWA, I was like what the hell?! Did I get a rejection email from cic? Then next second I was like "wait, could this be..." And the first sentence I read was "...is almost compete" hahaha I yelled outloud without finish reading the rest of the email looool
Ohhhh I love Friday! December 6, 2013 was such a great day for me
I hope the rest of April applicants are going to receive their pprs before 2014! Heads up! It's only the 7th day of December

Zhu, you should extend your SIN with your work permit as you can continue to work with a valid SIN while your Visa is stamped. It might take longer, it might not so its at your discretion. But this will hardly impact anything anyway as you can always extend your SIN validity again with a PR card.

Good point! And the new SIN card will have no expire date once we become PR, maybe the health card is like that as well?

Zhu, did you send using XpressPost? I sent mine out Friday morning, it showed out for delivery on Monday, and still showing that its out for delivery. I called Canada Post and they said that its out of their hands now, and its at CPP...

Yeah, I mailed it on last saturday, dec7, and it has reached to CPP on Wednesday, Dec11. Yours should be arriving on tuesday. Download an app of canadapost on your smart phone, it's quite convenient!

I sent out my passport on Sat morning and still out for delivery on Monday. We are on the same boat.

Did you send it to the PO box? I guess we made the mistake of sending it to PO box. Zhu might have sent it to courier so it is quicker.

I heard (after I sent out the passport in a hurry) that the CPP will come and pick up the mail in PO boxes, so if they don't, the passports will sit there...

I sent to PO box from a rural area. It reaches ottawa within 2 business days, got signed by an officier too.
