I have applied for my GCMS notes again. Let's see what's holding me from becoming Canadian PR holder.
And I am leaving this country for good! Thank you Canada for everything you gave me for the past 4 years!!

I dont think there is any mistake.. its just VO completed the processing and decision is made.
Dont just blindly go on with date when ECAS is updated.

You will get your PR soon, since VO reqested you to pay RPRF fees. Just hold on..

So you got the RPRF and BIODATA request after your Ecas showed decision made?

Have you contacted them about the DM status on your Ecas? Looks like they made a mistake in updating the status on Ecas. DM means they have finished processing your application and all reviews - criminality, medical, security are complete. If your Ecas said DM on March 11th...and you recd the RPRF email on March 27th...which said reviews are ongoing...there probably was a mistake in updating the Ecas. I think you should probably email CPPO to check on the DM status.

Actually I was just curious about VO's procedures in which should have come first ...

On my eCase, this is what exactly showed:

We received your application for permanent residence on April 19, 2012
We started processing your application on November 26, 2012.

Medical Results have been received.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Both medical received & decision made did not show the date beside the messages because it was me that logged in eCase almost every day to document the date CIC updated on eCase, at such:

Ecase Showed MD Received: Jan. 21st 2013
Ecase Showed Decision Made: Mar. 11th 2013

I still believe either PPR or CoPR would come anytime soon, just didn't expect that long ...
Anyhow, thanks guys for the awesome advices ...

I have two sily question,

1) landing form Toronto , peace bridge and rainbow bridge , which is more closer ?
2) After landing the PR Card will be sent to you automaticly or you still need to apply ?
