Hello Smithac,
I have applied for FBI PCC from India during the last week of May. I wrote on the cover that I would need it by August 5th. I got it by end of July. CC was charged on 7th July.

Hope this helps.

Mine reached them the end of June and I had mentioned on the envelope that i would need by end of August. Hasnt been charged yet but am keeping an eye on the CC now

hi guys,

A Small query:
I hve applied FSW app on may 10th...(received) under 00213 cat....
once i receive my FIRST AOR ....what doc ...will they ask from me,besides IELTS(which i havent sent in my app.).
PCC- I can do...IELTS: I have now ready ...BANK STMT : 3 months ...whcih its lil difficult.

pls advice...thanks a ton guys

Hi

Check your visa office checklist but normally it includes employment letter, your education degree and transscrripts, PCC , Ielts, marriage certificate if you are married, bank statement, birth certificate and proof of realative in canada if you claiming points of relative.

all these are required after they my application gets accepted, and they will specify these checlist rite(PCC,IELTS)...I Hve already sent
birht certificates,transcripts(10ht,inter,engienering etc) ?
But saki...i m bit worried bcoz my DD is yet 2 be charged...and also how long a bank stmt shud be of ??

when was your application received by NS Sydney and after how much time have you received your documents back. I am still waiting to receive my documents back. Mine was also incomplete application.

My application received at NS 29th april and returned 9 August but date on letter is 16th July.

sorry to hear that. I am just curious as to what thsi means " You have not submitted the required processing fee or the fee you submitted is not an acceptable form of payment or fee payment form (IMM 5620)." meaning you did not submit the right amount or used an incorrect form?

I dont mean to pile up with the result you received, I am also on Noc1111 and still waiting...

Yesterday i received my application back with the objection that " The information provided on Form 5620 is incomplete. Please complete Highlighted sections. You have not submitted the required processing fee or the fee you submitted is not an acceptable form of payment or fee payment form (IMM 5620).

As your application does not meet the requirements of section 10 of the IRPR it is not complete. It is being returned to you for this reason. Your application fee was not processed and is also being returned to you . Your application has not been received and no record of it has been retained.

IF you want to submit an application as a federal skilled worker, Please see the enclosed information sheet. It describes changes to the eligibility criteria for processing in the federal skilled worker class effective June 26 ,2010.

I think I am out of game now and can't apply as per previous policy. because NOC 1111 is not anymore in new list.

My Details are-I had sent my application to CIO on April 29th, My DD was charged on July 28th and AOR was issued today (August 10th).

hey what i managed to read you need to fill all places where were you over 2/3 months i'm not sure how many excatlly but if you were just for travelling/holidays i don't think it's important
