Applying PR for other provinces

Hi,

I am aspirant of Canada PR.

Currently I am working in Ontrario province. And created Express entry profile(435 points). I would like to apply for PNP from other province. How can this be possible??

Also by chance if i get PR from other province, can i still work in Ontario??

Please suggest me.
