Applying PGWP from India. Your inputs are much appreciated

Hi all.

Need your inputs. I recently graduated (06-Sep-17, however convocation and degree verification is available on Nov, 22 but I can get degree completion from my dept which enables me to apply for PGWP) with an MSc degree. I am going to India on 22-Sep-17 and will spend 4 months in India. I have a valid TRV and Study permit till 2019. Can I apply for PGWP from India and ask one of my friend to courier to my address in India.

Is it okay to do it this way? or any risks were involved.
