I am currently in USA and got a visitor visa . I am planning to visit Canada on middle of Sept 2014 and stay for couple of months. My application for FSWP in ready except IELTS results which I will be getting by next week. Instead of applying from USA for Canada PR can I apply from within Canada while staying in Canada as a visitor. Is there benefit of applying it from Canada. One of my known company also applied for LMO and I will be getting the work permit by end of September. So I will be living in Canada only.
Please advise should I apply next week from USA or it is better to apply from Canada
