Applying for TRV for family inside Canada (PGWP)

Hi community,

I have my PGWP and now I'm trying to apply for my family’s visa.

When I fill out the questionnaire it asks me for the "Application for Visitor Visa (Temporary Resident Visa) Made Outside of Canada (IMM5257)" yeah it says Outside Canada but I heard that is the one I need...

But for my family, is asking for the "Application to Change Conditions, Extend my Stay or Remain in Canada as a Visitor or a Temporary Resident Permit Holder (IMM5708)" which is not what I want.

Do anyone has done this before, can you help me out with this, please?

I've been reading and so far 2 folks did it on paper to get visas for all the family... Does anyone have an idea for this?

I have applied through a representative. Their system is different and it is possible to apply online for a family altogether. You can try go in paper though...
