applying for spouse visa. what do we need to pay?

Hello everyone! in the process of gathering documents for our spouse visa application. We are confused what do we need to pay? DO we have to pay the RPRF? Sponsorship application and Principal applicant? Please help.

Principal applicant fee = $475
RPRF = $490
Total for spouse only $1,040.00
