Applying for FSW 2014

Hello All,

I am new to this forum.
I want to apply for Canada PR under Federal Skilled Workers Program 2014. Actually my profile falls under the NOC Code 2173 and 2174.
I have 7 years of Software Development and Support/Maintenance experience.
I had completed by B.Tech. in 2006. (2003-2006)
I have also done 3 year Technical Board diploma of 3 years prior to B.Tech that is why i got lateral entry in B.Tech.
So After matriculation first i did 3 year diploma then (by getting admission in 2nd year) completed 3 year B.Tech.

I request you all to please guide me on below concerns..

1. Shall i authenticate documents related to my both course (Diploma and Degree) ?
2. At max till which data i can apply for this so that i could be shortlisted ?
3. Shall i apply for this or wait for new Express Entry system starting in Jan, 2015?

2) check last year which NOC filled when based upon that you judge it (last year 300 was limit this year 1000
3) if possible apply this time no one know what will be rule in express entry system

Your NOCs are HOT (Quick filling)

this time 1000 application is accepted but there must be many cases who rejected last year due to cap filled so must have applied

Yes satinder you will get complete refund if the application returned due to cap...

Yes, but they will not encash your payment if file is to be returned because of any reason. once final review of Positive eligibility completed and cap is available than they will deduct payment

I am Satinder Singh. 29 Years old. I have wife, one son, and mother in my family.
I have a valid passport. But not have added my spouse name in my passport.
My wife has passport expiring within 3 months. My mother and son have no passports. So i want to apply for FSW-2014 as quickly as possible. Because my NOC category is very hot filling.

So my concern is that I am trying to prepare all my documents and also planning go alone to Canada.

Can anybody please guide me shall i go as alone leaving my family.behind if yes..then when i will be able to get my family to Canada with me..I means i will be able to apply for PR for rest of my family members... ?

it is possible in fine accompany in canada you put no.
but I strickely advise if you have not done IELTS/WES than get all passports renewed in that time.
else even in tatkal you can get passport in veryshort time so 3-4 days are not problem but you get your wife and son's passport done and put full application its advisable,

Application Details: Shall i select "Economic" for program and category "Skilled worker" for FSW application?
Application Details: Have you received your certificat de selection du Quebec (CSQ) ? (Yes/No) If yes, please indicate the number, If no, when did you apply for CSQ ?
What is this, please elaborate and what should i select as which certificate they are talking about ?

Personal Details: What is UCI ?

My wife has passport expiring within 3 months. Get it renewed ASAP. My mother and son have no passports. Mother is not eligible for PR right now ( can apply after 1 yr. of your PR). For son apply ASAP. So i want to apply for FSW-2014 as quickly as possible. Because my NOC category is very hot filling. What is your NOC?

So my concern is that I am trying to prepare all my documents and also planning go alone to Canada. It is better to go initially after that call your family when u find job.

Can anybody please guide me shall i go as alone leaving my family.behind if yes..then when i will be able to get my family to Canada with me..I means i will be able to apply for PR for rest of my family members... ? it is better to apply for whole family now (except your mother) you should call your family before the PR expiry date i.e. 1 yr from medical request.
