Hello All. I intend to apply for my daughter's passport and we are currently outside of Canada. I know that I have to assign a guarantor for her application which is not a problem. However when it comes to references I get confused. Should I have two references for my daughter's passport application as well? If so, where should the references sign or where should I give their names? There is no section for references in the application form (PPTC 042).
