Applying for a study permit while having a post graduate work permit.

Hi,

I came into Canada to do a Master's + Ph.D. program but since I want to change labs for my Ph.D.
I am planning to apply for a post-graduate work permit (with my master's dergee) and at the same time apply for a study permit to a different university/Lab for a Ph.D.
Can anyone with experience help me with this?

Others can comment, but I guess you can't have both PGWP and SP at same time.

You can have both permits at the same time. I confirmed with IrCc. But question is can we work full time during that time?
