Applying citizenship with different surname on my PR Card

Hello everyone, hope someone could help my friend on this.

She recently changed her surname on all of documents including her passport except PR card. Is it possible to apply for citizenship using her current PR card with her maiden name on it? She had to change her surname because she recently got married.

PR card is not even required for citizenship application,
You have to submit marriage certificate to support name change.
