Can anyone tell me which one I can choose to apple whether through FSW or CEC ?

Since , I have 2.5 yrs in Canada. but over all more than 14yrs of experience IT experience .

You are not allowed to choose. Based on your profile EE tool does it. I think you have 2.5yrs(NOC A) experience in Canada. So you will invited thru CEC.

Currently ITA's are issued for people with 481 points or more. Next draw can be next week or next month. There is no fixed pattern.
