My husband and I are in Canada. I have after graduate work permit (the expiry date is the end of July) and my husband has a valid study permit. My husband wants to get a work permit through me and then withdraw from school. We want to apply for the extension of my after-graduate work permit and apply for my husband's spousal open work permit simultaneously through one application. I heard in this way my husband's SOWP can be approved at the same time as my work permit extension approvment.
Can anyone please tell me is that possible for us to apply under the same application?
