I'm sure this has been asked before, but can't seem to find it anywhere
My common-law partner and I applied for outland family sponsorship in December. He has been approved as sponsor and my application was sent to the Sydney office (I'm from Australia). I'm currently in Canada as a visitor and thought I couldnt apply for another WHV but I just found the loophole that if I participated before 2014 I can reapply. I entered in December of 2014 so I should be good.
Will having a pr in process affect my chances of getting approved. They ask on the application if I have previously applied to enter or remain in Canada. I said yes and wrote that I have previously been on working holidays visas. Do I mention the pr application too? I know it is meant for youths to travel and work abroad so I am little nervous!
