My husband is a PR in Canada. He obtained his PR in October 2013. We are currently applying for a US Visitor VISA. There is a question on the application that asks for his country of nationality. I put his birth country. The next question asks if he holds or has held nationality for any other country. If he is in PR in Canada, do we answer yes or no to this question.
Maybe this question is clear but just wanted to be sure. Thanks for the help!
