Hi there, so I have an approved LMIA, I'm a Mexican citizen and I had planned to apply at a POE for my work permit. However since yesterday a new policy about visa requirements was imposed for mexican citizens requesting a visa which means al etas were canceled.
However some exceptions were made, those holding a Non immigrant US visa are allowed to travel without a VISA,
I have a U.S. Visa valid, but not sure if I will have issues at a POE, if they will send me home or they will be able to issue the work permit at the airport.
I have already my flights so I don't want to lose those 600 CAD.
